BEEF HASH

2 1/2 cups cut-up cooked beef

2 pkgs (10-oz each) frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 cup brown gravy or beef broth
1 onion, chopped fine
1/4 cup butter, melted
Salt and pepper to taste

Place all ingredients in a crock pot. Place lid on cooker and cook on low 6 hours or on high 2 to 3 hours.
