BEEF TIPS AND RICE

2 lb lean beef chuck cubes

1 envelope dry onion soup mix

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 cup ginger ale

3 cups hot cooked rice for serving

Layer beef, soup mix and soup in the slow cooker. Pour ginger ale overall. Cook on low 6 to 8 hours. Serve over the rice.

Yield: 6 servings
