1 lb ground beef or turkey
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1 can cream of chicken or celery soup
1 jar (16-oz) Ragu double cheddar sauce
1 can Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies
2 tbsp ketchup
1 pkg (16 oz) small elbow macaroni
2 cups shredded Jack and Colby cheeses
Spray frying pan with cooking spray; add onions and cook for a couple minutes until softened. Add hamburger and garlic salt; cook, stirring until hamburger is brown and crumbly. Drain off all grease then transfer hamburger and onion to a slow cooker.
